Deposit Policy

  •    Non-Refundable: All deposits are final and will not be refunded for any reason.

   •    Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

   •    Rescheduling: To reschedule, at least 7 days’ notice is required. With less than 7 days’ notice, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

   •    Design Changes: If you change your mind and request a completely new design after artwork has been started, a new deposit will be required.
